UConn Law School graduates have found success in their careers across all sectors of the legal spectrum. Graduates have served in the highest courts in Connecticut, including sitting justices of the Connecticut Supreme and Appellate courts, as well as in many other courts throughout the system. Graduates hold positions in corporations, as general counsels, intellectual property lawyers, and others, at some of the world's largest and most successful corporations. Graduates serve with distinction in both the public and private sector, and in non-profits in a myriad of roles. Many of the leaders in firms from throughout the Connecticut community are UConn Law graduates.
The Law School offers members of the graduate community many ways to stay involved in the life of the school. Graduates often participate in student-run panels and symposia, mentor students in the workplace, coach the moot court or mock trial teams and broadly make themselves available to interested students.
Graduates and other friends of the Law School stay up-to-date with all the activities taking place at the school by following the Law School on social media. Graduates, faculty, students and staff are all encouraged to be an active member in the Law School's online community, UConnLawCONNECT.
In addition, staff in the Law School's communications department actively engage in the production of new Law School Facebook and Twitter content every day and new stories are constantly being posted to the Law School's website. Members of the community are also encouraged to "like" the Law School Alumni Association on Facebook and follow their Twitter feed in order to stay current on activities at the school.
