ABA Required Disclosures

The American Bar Association requires law schools to publish consumer information on their websites pursuant to Standard 509. Every year, the University of Connecticut School of Law publishes the following reports:

In addition to the required disclosures, the UConn School of Law publishes information related to the mandated topics throughout this website, as noted below.

Standard 509

(b)(3) conditional scholarships;

UConn School of Law does not award scholarships that may be reduced or eliminated based on law school academic performance other than failure to maintain good academic standing.

(b)(4) enrollment data, including academic, transfer, and other attrition;

(b)(5) number of full-time and part-time faculty, professional librarians, and administrators;

(b)(6) class sizes for first-year and upper-class courses; number of seminar, clinical and co-curricular offerings;

(b)(7) employment outcomes;

(b)(8) bar passage data;

(c)(1) refund policies;

(c)(3)(ii) List of articulation agreements.

UConn School of Law has no articulation agreements with other schools.
