The UConn Law Information Technology Services (ITS) Department provides systems and technology support, information security and privacy, accessible technology, and audiovisual services to facilitate the achievement of the Law School's academic and administrative goals.  The Law ITS Department also works with law school administration to determine IT strategies, policies, priorities, and resource allocations throughout the Law School.  

Our staff is committed to providing outstanding service and technological assistance to our students, faculty and staff.

Helpdesk and support services are available remotely and by appointment.  

LawITS/Helpdesk assistance is available by phone or email between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. To schedule an appointment please email lawhelpdesk@uconn.edu.

All requests for computer and technical support should  be submitted via email (lawhelpdesk@uconn.edu) or phone (860-570-5158). An ITS staff member will work with you to determine whether an in-person appointment is necessary.

Lab Computers
The computer lab is for quiet individual work and is not available for group study. Students will need to log in to lab computers with a customized login password.  (The computer login is different from your University NetID.) If you do not have your login information, please contact the help desk at 860-570-5158 or lawhelpdesk@uconn.edu.
