Linda Quartermain is a Sr. Claim Director of Multinational Claims managing all aspects, internal and external, of Multinational Professional Liability claims. Linda provides claim management and business support for World Wide International Professional Liability claims units around the globe. In addition to acting as a liaison to EU, APZ and CAN International Claims Team, Linda direct handles US matters on foreign policies assisting and advising other offices as appropriate. In addition to her international claim functions, Linda specialized in complex insurance coverage disputes in the Directors and Officers and Financial Institutions practice area. Linda handles direct action declaratory judgment action coverage cases filed against Chubb tendered under Director and Officer Liability policies, acting as in house counsel negotiating and resolving matters where appropriate.
Linda graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a degree in Psychology. After graduating from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she is currently an Adjunct Professor, Linda clerked for the Connecticut State Appellate Court Chief Judge. Prior to joining, Chubb Linda was an associate attorney at Danaher, Tedford, Lagnese & Neal PC. Linda is admitted to practice law in Connecticut.
