Stuart Rosen is a partner with Robinson & Cole LLP, specializing in complex commercial and insurance/reinsurance litigation. He represents corporate and institutional clients in a wide range of matters, including contract disputes, business torts, insurance and reinsurance, partnership disputes, real estate, and mass torts.
Mr. Rosen has served as a commercial arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association since 1993, and was named a Special Master by the U.S. District Court in Connecticut and an Attorney Trial Referee and Fact Finder/Arbitrator by the Connecticut Superior Court.
Before joining Robinson & Cole, Mr. Rosen led Bingham McCutchen LLP’s Hartford litigation team. He has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation (2010-16), Real Estate Litigation (2012-16), Banking & Finance Litigation (2013-16), and was named Lawyer of the Year for Hartford Real Estate Litigation (2013).
Mr. Rosen has served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Law at UConn since 2012, co-teaching Insurance Litigation.
