Kathleen E. Lombardi is a Trademark Supervising Attorney and Co-Director of the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Law Clinic (“IP Law Clinic”), an in-house clinical program in which law students, supervised by Clinic faculty, represent Connecticut entrepreneurs in connection with patent and trademark matters.  Prior to joining the IP Law Clinic in 2008, she practiced law with Adams & Rafferty in Massachusetts, focusing on matters including small business representation and licensing.  She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Professor Lombardi is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell.  She received her J.D. from New England School of Law, graduating summa cum laude and as class valedictorian.
