Description:

A discussion with Prof. Douglas Spencer, University of Connecticut School of Law. Impeachment is both a political and a legal process. In what ways does the law outweigh the politics? How does impeachment differ from traditional congressional oversight? What can previous impeachments teach us about recent events? Take a look behind the headlines, at the historical underpinnings of impeachment law. The program will last one hour followed by Q&A.
