Tribal Justice: A Documentary

Wednesday, April 10, 2019 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm

Please join the Native American Law Students Association and the Health Law Interest Group for a viewing of the award-winning documentary Tribal Justice. The film follows two Native American judges as they reach back to traditional concepts of justice in order to reduce incarceration rates, foster greater safety for their communities, and create a more positive future for their youth. By addressing the root causes of crime, they are providing effective models of restorative justice that are being noticed by mainstream courts across the country. Enjoy some pizza before the viewing!
