Description:

Noah Feldman, the 2018 Day Pitney Visiting Scholar, will speak on the topic Madison’s Failures and the Deep Structure of Constitutional Law.

Feldman, the Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law at Harvard Law School and director of the Julis-Rabinowitz Program on Jewish and Israeli Law, is the author of seven books, including most recently The Three Lives of James Madison: Genius, Partisan, President, and has co-authored two textbooks on constitutional law.
