Description:

The American Chamber of Commerce will host a program featuring Dean Timothy Fisher, Attorney Ross Garber and Professor Angel Oquendo on the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, which has been used to investigate and prosecute individuals in other countries who interact with U.S. corporations and institutions. This program will provide practical guidance to those who work with subsidiaries and affiliates of U.S. companies, as well as trading partners, those in the supply chain, joint venture partners, and others who interact with U.S. companies.
