As of March 16, 2019, UConn School of Law is not allowing in-person events or gatherings on our campus. External organizations seeking to plan a virtual event associated with the law school may contact Deb King in the Office of Events and Programs at email@example.com, with the following information: Name of organization interested in hosting event, dates and times being considered and intended audience. UConn Law students, staff and faculty may also complete the Virtual Event Support Request Form.
For more information about restrictions that apply to events and gatherings at all University of Connecticut campuses and buildings, as well as any university-organized event at any location, see the university's latest policies at the COVID-19 Campus operations page. To find more resources and information about university's response to the pandemic, visit the UConn COVID-19 Information Center.
The Office of Events and Programs provides customized meeting, conference and event planning services from concept to completion. The staff is committed to working closely with UConn Law students, faculty and staff to create a hospitable venue for successful meetings and events. Event organizers should begin by completing the Space Request Form to provide information that will allow the staff to assess whether the request can be accommodated on campus.
We strive to find an appropriate room for your meeting or event, based on many factors including time of day, size of crowd, presence of food, nature of event and guests as well as the equipment and technology you need to make your event memorable.
Students who are looking to plan an event should first visit the Event Planning Quick Links section of the Student Portal home page (NetID required).
