Liberty Mutual Prize (for Papers on Property and Casualty Insurance)

Description

Boston College Law School is holding its annual competition for the Liberty Mutual Prize, to be awarded for an exceptional article written during the 2009-2010 submission season on the law of property and casualty insurance, its regulation and corporate governance. The winning entrant will receive $5,000 and an offer of publication from the Boston College Law Review. The deadline for submissions is February 1, 2010.
