Roberta received her bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University, a master's degree in counseling in higher education from Central Connecticut State University and her M.B.A. from UConn. She has served the Law School as director of student finance for many years. Roberta is the past-president for the Connecticut Association of Financial Aid Administrators and serves as a mentor to new financial aid professionals. She has presented on numerous local and national panels regarding financial aid, financial literacy and financial aid in the changing economic times. In addition, Roberta has served on University committees regarding financial aid good practices, the RFI process for lenders, the Financial Literacy Committee, and Red Flags Identity Theft Prevention Program Committee.
Cathylene Black has served in the financial aid industry for 25+ years. Cathylene is always willing to serve and accommodate students and other members of the Law School community.
Donna manages the day-to-day fiscal operations of the Law School, including purchasing, accounts payable/receivable and daily cash management operations. Donna also oversees the bursar functions related to student billing and accounts. She provides budgetary and financial support to the dean's office and all Law School departments by preparing and analyzing financial reports. Donna received her bachelor's degree in economics from UConn. She serves as the financial liaison to UConn's main campus.
Eric assists in the management of bursar functions including student billing, third party billing, student payment processing and the distribution of student financial aid refund checks. In addition, Eric assists in the management of business office activities including the maintainence of adequate records of disbursements vouchers from Law School accounts. He processes all adjunct payroll employment paperwork and approval payroll payments for special payroll employees; authorizes and processes requisitions, and purchase orders for all Law School departments; and manages the Law School's office supply storeroom.
Mary posts and assists students with their PeopleSoft accounts. In addition, she processes bank deposits and maintain records for various Law School accounts and student organizations. Mary also processes reimbursements for staff, students and faculty travel; non travel; out of pocket and non employee's reimbursement; purchase orders; receiving; and payments to vendors.
