Temporary Medical

Temporary medical permits are issued to students whose physical condition requires special consideration. Medical documentation from a physician should be submitted to the UConn Police Department and the Office of the Assistant Dean (Finance/Administration). Such documentation should state the nature of the disability and the estimated period of disability.
