Employment Application Deadlines
Applications from students interested in on-campus employment are accepted throughout the year. Applicants are also encouraged to e-mail their resume as a Word document to the staff in the Student Employment Program Office.
There are a limited number of on-campus job opportunities and most positions are filled within the initial four weeks of each academic year. Students who wish to maximize their on-campus employment prospects are encouraged to submit their application materials and resume as soon as they are aware of their interest and within the first week of classes.
A second wave of hiring routinely occurs towards the end of the Fall semester through the first weeks of January, for Spring semester positions.
Students with a Work Study Award as part of their financial aid package must meet an early October deadline to preserve or activate their award.
Applications and resumes for on-campus summer jobs are accepted at any time, with interviews and commitments for summer employment beginning as early as Spring Break.
