Treaties, U.S., How to Find

Treaties are functionally part of the statutory law of the United States. Where you look for the text of a treaty or other international agreement to which the United States is a party depends on when the agreement was made and what you know about it. The Law Library holds three print sources and one online source containing the texts of treaties and other international agreements made between 1776 and 1949.
