| The criminal appellate clinic provides detailed training in Connecticutl appellate law and practice, the Connecticut penal code, and constitutional criminal procedure, with special emphasis on appellate brief writing and oral advocacy skills. | |||||||

| Upon successful enrollment in this full year clinic, students will also be registered in an additional 1 credit component. The pre/co requisites of Evidence and Criminal Procedure have been temporarily removed to allow for priority enrollment.
