Biography
Paul Bader is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Law. Professor Bader teaches courses in legal research and writing; appellate advocacy; interviewing, counseling and negotiation; and legal ethics. He is also the director of the law school's first-year moot court program. Professor Bader graduated from Duke University and Mercer University School of Law. Prior to joining the faculty in 2002, Professor Bader was a law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence M. McKenna and was in private practice in Atlanta, Georgia and New Haven, Connecticut representing management in labor and employment matters.
