Biography

Dennis Greene is a professor of law at the University of Dayton School of Law. He received a J.D from Yale University, M.A. from Harvard University and B.A. from Columbia University. After graduating from Yale Law School, Greene became vice president of production and features at Columbia Pictures and later became president of Lenox/Greene Films. Before joining the University of Dayton School of Law faculty in 2004, Greene taught at Florida A&M University and at the University of Oregon. He has been a visiting professor at The Ohio State University, and Seton Hall University. Greene has been on the Society of American Law Teachers’ board of directors and on the Law School Admissions Council's Services and Programs Committee. Greene is listed in Who's Who Among African Americans. His academic interests include: Entertainment Law, Constitutional Law, Torts, Race and American Law, and Intellectual Property.
