Biography
Jill Anderson is an associate professor of law and the William T. Golden Scholar. She joined the Law School's faculty as a visiting professor of law in 2008. Prior to that appointment, she was an assistant professor at Western New England College School of Law . She is a graduate of Columbia University Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar, and her law practice found her at Western Massachusetts Legal Services where she was a Skadden Fellow/Staff Attorney. She did graduate work in linguistics at Stanford University and the University of Copenhagen. She is the author of “Just Semantics: The Lost Readings of the American with Disabilities Act," 117 Yale L.J. 992 (2008) .
