Alani Golanski '86 was named a James Kent Scholar while completing his LL.M. at Columbia University School of Law. This designation is Columbia Law's highest academic distinction. Golanski lectures nationally about products liability and toxic tort law. He directs the appellate litigation unit at Weitz & Luxenberg, New York, NY.

Dunham Receives Gold Key
John M. Dunham, a 1969 graduate of the law school, was recently honored by the Connecticut Sports Writers' Alliance as a Gold Key recipient.
Dunham spent 37 years with the Trinity College ice hockey program, helping it go from a club team to attaining varsity status in 1974. Over the next 32 seasons he coached the team to a 441-306-34 record.
John M. Dunham '69 was recently presented with a Gold Key by the Connecticut Sports Writers' Alliance for the impact he made during 37 years with the Trinity College ice hockey program.

CBA Recognizes Graduates
A number of Law School graduates were recognized at the Connecticut Bar Association's (CBA) annual meeting including Brad Gallant '78 who had served the organization as president for the past year. Kimberly Knox '86 was installed as president-elect and Mark Dubois '77 as the new vice president. Alice Bruno '85 was recognized as the CBA's new executive director, the first woman to serve in the position.
