Tsilly Dagan is a professor of law at Bar Ilan University, Israel. She received her LL.B and J.S.D. from Tel Aviv University and her LL.M. (in Taxation) from
NYU School of Law. Professor Dagan visited the University of Michigan and the University of Western Ontario; recently she has been a member of a research group on Sovereignty, Global Justice and the Ethics of War at the Institute of Advanced Studies in Jerusalem. Professor Dagan's research focuses on international tax and income tax law and policy. She has written extensively on strategic aspects of international tax and tax treaties; tax competition and global justice; identity and community analysis of taxation; as well as alienability.
