  • On December 6, Associate Dean Darcy Kirk will speak about the American Association of Law Libraries' current initiatives at the annual meeting of the International Association of Law Libraries in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

  • On November 4, Professor Darcy Kirk will be the opening speaker at the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL) Futures Summit, a discussion of the future of law librarianship. Kirk currently serves as president of the AALL.

  • On October 28, Professor Darcy Kirk will be the luncheon speaker at the annual meeting of the Western Pacific Chapter of the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL). Kirk currently serves as president of the AALL.

  • Associate Dean for Library and Technology and Professor of Law Darcy Kirk began serving as president of the American Association of Law Libraries in July at the annual meeting of the Association in Philadelphia. Her term will conclude in July 2012.

  • On May 6, Associate Dean Darcy Kirk will be the featured speaker at the annual meeting of the Minnesota Association of Law Libraries in Minneapolis. Kirk will comment on how to become involved in the activities of the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL). Kirk is vice president/president-elect of the AALL for the July 2010-July 2011 term.
