Sachin Pandya

Sachin S. Pandya is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law. He holds degrees from the University of California, Berkeley (B.A. 1993); Columbia University (M.A. Sociology 1995); and Yale Law School (J.D. 1999). He has clerked for Judge Jon O. Newman, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (1999-2000), and served with distinction as an appellate and civil rights lawyer for New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer (2000-04). He was also an Associate-in-Law (teaching fellow) at Columbia Law School (2004-06).
