Darcy Kirk, Law Librarian and Professor of Law. Professor Kirk directs the law library, information systems, and teaches Advanced Legal Research. Professor Kirk also serves as a member of both the Admissions and Facilities Committee. A 1970 graduate of Vassar College, she received her law degree from Boston College in 1989. Professor Kirk also earned both her MLS(1973) and MBA(1979) from Simmons College. Before joining the law faculty in 1996, Professor Kirk worked in the Widener Library at Harvard (1971-1980), the Boston College Library (1981-1990), and served as the Associate Law Librarian for Public Services at Georgetown University (1989-1996). Professor Kirk is active in many professional organizations including the American Association of Law Libraries, the Research Libraries Group, and serves as the Vice President/President Elect of the Law Librarians of New England.
