President - Franklin Perry II

Franklin is a 3L day student.  He earned his B.A. in Law, Jurisprudence & Social Thought from Amherst College.  He also earned his M.S.W. from Catholic University in Washington, D.C.  Prior to attending UConn Law, Franklin lived in South America, in both Paraguay and Argentina.  Franklin had previously served as an SBA Representative since his 1L year, as well as serving as a member to numerous student organizations.  Last year, Franklin served as the Facilities Chair for the SBA Facilities Committee. Franklin also participates on the UConn law soccer and basketball teams.  Aside from being an enthusiastic leader and student advocate, Franklin is committed to making every individuals experience at UConn law a memorable one, and he is always accessible to his peers.  If you have any questions or just need someone to talk to, do not hesitate to contact him at Franklin.Perry@students.law.uconn.edu.

Vice President - Brian Gore

Brian is a 3L day student. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, Storrs. Apart from serving on the SBA as Vice President, Brian is also an active member of the Mock Trial Society. He is a sports fan and plays on both the UConn Law soccer and ice hockey teams. Brian is strongly devoted to promoting the interests and expressing the concerns of his fellow classmates. Brian encourages all students to contact him for any and all reasons. Chief Administrative Officer - Jessica Signor

Jess is 2L Day student.  She earned a B.A. in History from the College of the Holy Cross in 2009 with minors in Economics and Art History.  Following college, she worked for State Street Bank in Boston in their Financial Services division until leaving for law school in 2011.  Jess served as a 1L Evening Representative last year before deciding to run for Chief Administrative Officer.  In addition to Jess’ involvement as a Class Representative, she served on the SBA Social Committee helping to plan several social events.  She is also actively involved with volunteering for the Domestic Assistance Program (DAP) and the Homeless Experience Legal Protection (H.E.L.P.).  Jess looks forward to continuing her work with the SBA and law school community to advance the interests and concerns of the student body.  She can be reached at Jessica.Signor@students.law.uconn.edu.

Chief Financial Officer - Matthew Loftus

Matthew Loftus is a 3L day student, focused primarily on litigation in the areas of tax and criminal law. During his 1L and 2L years, he was as a class representative and member of the SBA Budget Committee. As Chief Financial Officer, Matthew is serving his third year as a member of the Student Bar Association.

Parliamentarian - Janine Beauregard

ABA Representative - Philip Liu

Philip Liu is a 2L day student. He earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland. Prior to law school, he worked as a budget analyst at the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.
