From severe weather to sea level rise, agricultural loss to building collapse, climate change is rewriting the rules of risk assessment. Introduced by a keynote from one of the world's foremost climate law experts, the conference's morning panel will focus on two significant climate cases involving insurance: Native Village of Kivalina v. Exxonmobil and AES v. Steadfast. Our luncheon keynote speaker is the Secretary General of The Geneva Association and former CFO of Swiss Re. The afternoon panel will highlight the effect of climate change on industry and policy-making from a domestic and international perspective.
