This conference will focus on timely issues concerning property rights and the aging baby boom generation, including:
- The tension between condominium boards and the proposed AARP Bill of Rights for condo owners;
- The rights of tenants in assisted living facilities; and
- Legal and social issues relating to the proliferation of age-restricted communities.
