Yale Law School Professor Jack Balkin will be teaching a course this fall called “The Health Care Cases, NFIB v. Sebelius.”
He has posted some of the materials he will be using in the course on his Balkinization blog for use by students and law professors.
The questions he provides are divided into general topics, starting with questions about popular constitutionalism, then going on to consider the tax power, commerce clause, necessary and proper clause, and spending power clause.
