
World Constitutions Illustrated, a new digital library that brings together constitutional documents, books, articles, and websites, has just been added to the HeinOnline database.
The initial release includes the current constitutions for 193 countries, as well as substantial constitutional histories for the U.K., France, Brazil, and Colombia. Materials for each country include:

the current constitution in its original language format, along with at least one English translation

links to commentaries and other relevant sources, such as Country Studies, the World Fact Book, and Annual Human Rights Reports

direct links to chapters within classic constitutional books

links to scholarly articles that discuss the constitutional and political development of each country

a bibliography of other selected constitutional books about the constitutional development of the country; and
-
links to online sources such as the Portals of the World and the official government website for the country.
In addition to constitutional materials for each country, World Constitutions Illustrated contains more than 800 classic books on constitutions, constitutional history and jurisprudence, and political and economic history, as well as constitutional documents from the British and Foreign State Papers.
