Transactional Skill Building
On June 4, Professor Jessica Rubin will present "Teaching Transactional Skills to 1Ls Using a Simulated Business Deal" at Emory University School of Law's Center for Transactional Law and Practice conference.
Professor Rubin teaches Lawyering Process courses in Legal Research and Writing and in Interviewing, Counseling and Negotiation. She also teaches Animal Law and a course in Legal Analysis, Research and Writing in the U.S. Legal System for international students pursuing their LL.M. degrees. Professor Rubin has designed and taught academic support programs for incoming students and for first year law students.
