Are you one of the 30 million people in the U.S. and Canada who participate in fantasy sports leagues? Are you looking to settle a fantasy league dispute? Then you might want to turn to the SportsJudge.

Founded by attorney and Law Professor Marc Edelman, SportsJudge has been offering professional dispute resolution services to fantasy sports leagues since 2001. More than half the disputes they have decided have come from leagues made up of (you guessed it) his fellow lawyers. As Edelman puts it: "They love to argue their position and have an outside judge rule on the merits." Fees range from $15 for a single dispute resolution to $100 for a full season.

The SportsJudge staff includes four practicing attorneys, three law clerks, and a former judge. The website provides a sampling of some of their more interesting decisions. It also includes a link to the SportsJudge Blog, which discusses fantasy sports, fantasy rules, and the legal aspects of fantasy gaming.

A recent article in the ABA Journal provides more details.
