Michael Steger has practiced law since 1993 and is the former in-house counsel for Fox's "America's Most Wanted." The Law Offices of Michael D. Steger, PC is a general practice, focusing on entertainment, media, intellectual property, small business and employment matters, as well as civil litigation disputes. Currently admitted to practice in New York, California, Virginia and the District of Columbia, Steger serves clients ranging from large corporations to individuals and closely held businesses in the New York and Washington Metro areas, and across the nation. His firm has office located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan and in the New York City suburbs.

Daniel B. Fitzgerald '05 is an associate with Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, PC in the firm's Litigation Department. He practices in the areas of sports and entertainment law, litigation and insurance where he provides counsel on sports and entertainment law issues including student-athlete issues, NCAA eligibility matters, coaching contracts, management agreements and literary contracts. Fitzgerald is chair of the Connecticut Bar Association's Sports & Entertainment Law Section. Several of Fitzgerald's articles have been featured in leading sports law publications, including "Legal Issues in Collegiate Athletics" and "Sports Litigation Alert." In addition, Fitzgerald is the publisher and author of Connecticut Sports Law (www.ctsportslaw.com), Connecticut's first blog covering the intersection of sports and the law. Fitzgerald is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association and National Football Foundation. He received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, in Politics from Fairfield University.

Stewart L. Levy graduated from the Yale Law School in 1977 where he was an editor of the Yale Legislative Services after having graduated summa cum laude from Columbia College in 1974. Prior to joining Eisenberg, Tanchum & Levy in January 1990, Stewart was a member of the firm of Parcher Arisohn & Hayes, P.C. where he specialized in entertainment-related litigation. Previously, he was associated with the firms of Schulte Roth & Zabel and Kornstein Meister & Veiz. He has considerable experience in copyright and trademark matters and is well-versed in many facets of the recording industry.
