Repressive Jurisprudence
Dean Emeritus Phillip I. Blumberg's latest book, Repressive Jurisprudence in the Early Republic: The First Amendment and the Legacy of English Law has been published by Cambridge University Press.
For decades, Dean Blumberg has conducted research and published on the legal problems of large corporations. His seven volumes in the series on The Law of Corporate Groups (1983-98) and Blumberg on Corporate Groups (2d ed. 2005) have attracted world-wide attention. He has written other books, including The Multinational Challenge to Corporate Law (1993), The Megacorporation in American Society (1975), and Corporate Responsibility in a Changing Society (1972).
