Have you written a law school paper that you think is of publishable quality? Then you might want to check out Submission of Law Student Articles for Publication by Nancy Levit, Lawrence Duncan MacLachlan, and Allen Rostron of the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Law.

This article provides tips and suggestions for students who have written papers that could become law review articles but have never been published. These include seminar papers, papers written to fulfill upper class writing requirements, or law review notes or comments that were not selected for publication. The article also includes a chart setting out the policies of 194 law reviews with respect to whether they accept papers from students at other schools and whether they publish papers from non-journal members at their home schools.

Hat tip to the Law Librarian Blog.
