Biography
Professor Pocchiari earned a J.D. from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo School of Law as well as a Ph.D. in Immunology from the Roswell Park Cancer Institute division of SUNY Buffalo. Professor Pocchiari has over ten years experience as an intellectual property attorney (focusing on patent law) at Pennie and Edmonds L.P., Axiom Law, and Boehringer Ingelheim Corporation. As a legal analyst/contract attorney, she has written numerous articles for Bloomberg Law Reports®.
Professor Pocchiari is admitted to practice only in New York State and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
