New HeinOnline Intellectual Property Law Collection

A specialized intellectual property law collection focusing on copyrights, patents, and trademarks in the United States has just been added to HeinOnline.

The collection includes:

  • more than 100 legislative histories, providing researchers with a complete legislative history of copyright laws from 1909 to the present, including the major copyright revisions

  • more than 400 books, including early commonwealth books and comparative copyright law books

  • Federal agency decisions, including the FCC record
