A new app called My Legal Writing Coach provides guidance on how to research and write a legal memo, including alternatives for organizing, structuring, formatting, and editing.
Created by Stetson University College of Law Prof. Kirsten Davis, the app shows you how to draft a predictive or objective legal memo, leading you through the memo-writing process. It includes structural templates, annotated sample memos, quality control and other tips, checklists, and notetaking tools.
