Myra Oliver Awards
On April 23, Professor Jon Bauer and the Asylum and Human Rights Clinic were honored with Myra M. Oliver Awards at the 15th Annual Immigrant Award's ceremony sponsored by the Connecticut Immigrant & Refugee Coalition. The event took place in the Old Judiciary Room at the State Capitol in Hartford.
The Myra M. Oliver Award is given to those who work above and beyond the call of duty to help refugees and immigrants and is given in memory of Myra M. Oliver's lifetime of leadership and service.
