In October, C-Span released a series of recent interviews with all nine Justices including incoming Justice Sotomayor and retiring Justice O'Connor. These interviews are fascinating listening. If you are working on your Moot Court argument you might be interested to see what relative value the Justices place on oral argument and on the briefs. These interviews can be great fun to listen to regardless of what practical legal knowledge you pick up. You can find out if Justice Thomas gets a thrill when he enters the Supreme Court building - he does. Does Justice Scalia think the Justices should really wear those robes or would business suits be acceptable? His answer may surprise you.
