The Legal Workshop

The Legal Workshop is a free web magazine that provides cutting-edge legal scholarship from several of the leading law journals in the country (Cornell, Duke, Georgetown, NYU, Northwestern, Stanford, and University of Chicago). It features "op-ed" style versions of articles published by the journals, written for a generalist audience, but each piece undergoes the same rigorous editorial treatment and quality screening as the journals’ print content. In addition, readers are able to offer comments, and academics have the option of submitting response pieces, which are also checked for citations and substance.

New articles are posted every Monday and most Wednesdays and Fridays. You can subscribe to the posts via email or through a variety of RSS feeds. Links to the full text of the articles are also provided.
