The Legal Scholarship Network

The Legal Scholarship Network is an electronic archive of scholarly articles which have been posted at the pre-publication stage, either in the form of working papers or papers that have recently been accepted for publication. This database is especially useful if you are researching a relatively new or recent issue for which there aren’t a lot of published materials available. The full text of most papers is available for downloading and printing in PDF format. For those papers that are not available in full text, contact information for the author is provided.

You can search papers from the past 3 years by author name, article title, or keyword. You can also browse by expanding the titles under "Legal Scholarship Network"and clicking on either "Top" to display the most downloaded papers in each category or "New" to display the most recent entries. Another helpful feature is that abstracts are provided for most of the papers, so you can more easily identify relevant articles. You can also register to receive email announcements of articles on certain topics.
