Largest Settlement for Shooting Victim
Hector Pineiro '89 was the lead attorney in a wrongful death suit against a gun manufacturer that resulted in the largest settlement ever paid to a shooting victim. The 2002 case was settled earlier this year against Kahr Arms of Worcester, MA.
