The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts provides a series of podcasts on landmark U.S. Supreme Court cases.
Each episode in the series features a law professor briefly discussing a different case’s background, the key arguments, the decision, and why the case is still important today. The cases featured so far are Mapp v. Ohio, Texas v. Johnson, Tinker v. Des Moines, and New Jersey v. T.L.O.
