The Green Bag, a quarterly journal devoted to short and sometimes entertaining legal writing, recently created a new publication called The Journal of Law: A Periodical Laboratory of Legal Scholarship.
The publication is comprised of three separate unconventional legal journals, published together in one volume:

Pub. L. Misc. provides a forum for the publication of a relatively neglected body of legal material: significant constitutional documents, recent and ancient, that are generated by the Article I and Article II branches of our nation’s government.

Law & Commentary is an experiment in non-blind peer review in which signed reviews by senior, influential scholars are published side-by-side with the reviewed work.

The Congressional Record, FantasyLaw Edition is a student-edited journal focusing on empirical analysis of the activities of federal legislators.
At least one additional journal will be included in the next issue, with more being added in time.
