Looking for public opinion polling information? You may not know that the University of Connecticut is home to The Roper Center for Public Opinion Research, one of the world’s leading archives of social science data. It specializes in public opinion data ranging from the 1930's to the present.

The Center produces the iPOLL databank, the most comprehensive, up-to-date source for U. S. public opinion data available. It includes academic, commercial, and media polls on a broad range of topics, covering over half a million questions and answers. You can search the data by keyword, topic, organization, or date.

Members of the law school community can personalize their account by registering with a law school email address. This allows you to save your searches and download datasets. If you are off campus, be sure to access iPOLL through the library’s research databases page.
