International Business Law
On October 9, Professor Mark W. Janis will present "Teaching International Business Law" at the Villanova Law Review Norman J. Shachoy Symposium.
Professor Janis teaches Public International Law, European Human Rights Law, Constitutional Law, and Conflict of Laws. He is the author of three widely-used books: International Law (Aspen 5th edition 2008), Cases and Commentary on International Law with John Noyes (West 3rd edition 2006), and European Human Rights Law with Richard Kay and Anthony Bradley (Oxford 3d edition 2008). He is also the author of The American Tradition of International Law: Great Expectations (Oxford 2004), America and the Law of Nations 1776-1939 (Oxford 2010, forthcoming), and of more than 60 articles concerning public and private international law. He is the co-editor of Religion and International Law (Martinus Nijhoff 2nd edition 2004) and International Law Stories (Foundation 2007).

On May 15, Professor Darcy Kirk will be the luncheon speaker at the annual meeting of the New Jersey Law Librarians Association where she will update the group on the activities of the Association of American Law Libraries (AALL). Kirk currently serves as president of the AALL.

Professor Richard A. Wilson will deliver three talks in Oslo, Norway on May 14 and 15 including "Gangster's Paradise? Framing Crime in Sub-Saharan Africa" at the Department of Social Anthropology at the University of Oslo.

On May 10, Professor Bethany Berger will moderate a discussion at the Progressive Property 2013 faculty workshop at the Loyola University, New Orleans, College of Law.
