Hein Online Updated

Many law school users are already familiar with Hein Online and some of its collections, such as the law journal library, world trials, and the U.S. Presidential library. But you may not know that Hein has recently added several valuable resources to its collection. As with all resources on Hein, all documents are scanned images of the originals and are keyword searchable:

The U.S. Federal Agency Library is a collection of historical and current federal agency decisions which includes the following:

  • Internal Revenue Cumulative Bulletin (1919 to 2006)
  • Federal Trade Commission Decisions (1915 to 2005)
  • National Labor Relations Board Decisions and Orders (1935 to 2004)
  • Securities and Exchange Commission Decisions and Reports (1934 to 2002)
  • Federal Communications Commission Record (1986 to 2007)

The U.S. Congressional Documents Library features the bound and daily versions of the Congressional Record, its three predecessor titles, and other important Congressional material. Specific resources include:

  • Congressional Record (1873 to 1928, 1975 to 2003)
  • Congressional Record Daily (1994 to 2007)
  • Congressional Globe (all published)
  • American State Papers (all published)
  • Journals of the Continental Congress (all published)
