Estate and Trust Beneficiaries

Professor Robert Whitman is a planning chair for the 15th Annual Advanced American Law Institute-ABA Course of Study for Representing Estate and Trust Beneficiaries and Fiduciaries on July 11 and 12 in San Francisco.

Professor Whitman is a senior faculty member. He has been at the University of Connecticut School of Law since 1966. He is a member of the American Law Institute and the American Bar Association. He is committee chair of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. He is active in the American College of Trust and Estates Counsel and is the chair-emeritus of the Law Professor Advisory Group for Trusts and Estates and the chair-emeritus of the Society for Trusts and Estates Practitioners New England Branch.
