Estate and Trust Beneficiaries
On July 14 and 15, Professor Robert Whitman will speak at the ALI-ABA conference, "Representing Estate and Trust Beneficiaries and Fiduciaries" in Chicago. Whitman also serves as a conference co-planner.
Professor Whitman is a senior faculty member. He has been at the University of Connecticut School of Law since 1966. He is a member of the American Law Institute and the American Bar Association. He is committee chair of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. He is active in the American College of Trust and Estates Counsel and is the chair-emeritus of the Law Professor Advisory Group for Trusts and Estates and the chair-emeritus of the Society for Trusts and Estates Practitioners New England Branch.
